Beef Medallion is an American name, it is also known worldwide as filet de bœuf, tenderloin steak and fillet steak. Beef medallions are cut from the small end of the beef tenderloin, after cooking the meat remains extremely tender. Do not forget to marinade Medallions at least 4-5 hour before cooking.
