Mushroom Caesar Salad

Caesar Salad is a type of salad that it is likely to be a whole meal, topped with chicken or shrimp. It is good for dinner because of protein and fiber.
The Caesar Salad contains romaine or cos lettuce, marinated grilled chicken or shrimp, crusty bread, mushroom and dressing with Caesar Sauce that I will mention later.

This delicious and crispy dish is a form of fast food which is served with sandwich rolls.In this version of fried chicken, before frying chickens and onion rings, mix them into Benye dough- I am planning to put the recipe here some time.

This yummy cake is very quick and easy to bake and good to eat, it contains crushed cookies, cream cheese and some fruit sauce on it, you can also use ricotta. The cheesecake tastes perfect, it is creamy but not wet also is a confectionery but sweet and sour.
I would rather bake cheesecake in the oven than simply assembled and put in the refrigerator to set, this way you can make your cheesecake MORE delicious.

Abgooshte Kashk ( Lamb and Whey Stew )

Abgoosht is a delicious stew that is very popular in Iran especially in the cold weather but this abgoosht is one of a traditional and local cuisine in Arak – an old city of Iran.
The main ingredients are lamb, beetroot, kashk(whey – can be found in Persian grocery stores), mint, bean. It tastes savoury and is served with bread, shallot and pickle.

Ghalieh Mahi ( Herb and Fish Stew )

This is a Southern Iranian spicy fish and herb stew. The main ingredients are fenugreek, coriander and fish. You can also make this dish with shrimp insteed of fish. Traditionally, this stew is made with fish from the south of Iran such as Sangsar, Shoorideh, Hamoor but you can make it with any white fish like Estrogen, Seer or Snapper.
This dish tastes sour because of tamarind sauce that uses to cook this dish.
